Digital Products – No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, all sales are final.
Once the purchase is completed and the download link has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased file and cannot be resolved
- Duplicate purchases made in error
Any exception is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
